Overview

Gary Preysner helps clients navigate a wide range of strategic and operational issues, including business process improvements, claims management, and organizational design. A former McKinsey Engagement Manager and Mitchell Madison Group partner and insurance practice leader, Gary has deep experience across the insurance industry—including Life, P&C, and Health—and has served as a senior advisor to many of its largest players. He has broad expertise in strategy, operations, quantitative methods, reengineering, and corporate turnarounds. He holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and advanced insurance designations, including Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU).
